Where is the Venue?
The historic Winters Opera House in beautiful downtown Winters California has been the home of the Winters Theatre Company since 2024. The Opera House was the previous home of the beloved Palms Playhouse. Address: 13 Main St., Winters CA
How can I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online at EventBrite.com or at the door before the show.
Note: Recently we become aware of some fake online tickets being sold at inflated prices at ticket sites other than Eventbrite.com. Eventbrite.com is the only online site where valid Winters Theatre Company event tickets are sold. Be wary of buying tickets from any source other than Eventbrite. Winters Theatre Company cannot honor or refund fraudulent tickets from other online sites.
Are tickets sold at the door?
Yes! As long as the show is not sold out, you can buy tickets at the door. You can pay for tickets purchased at the door with cash, credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Venmo.
Does the theatre have reserved seating?
For plays, preferred seating (front rows) is reserved for season ticket holders. There is no reserved seating for general admission tickets for plays or music shows.
When do the doors open?
Doors open 30-minutes before curtain time.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the 2nd-floor ballroom / theatre / restrooms are accessible by elevator and are wheelchair accessible.
Are refreshments available at the theatre?
Yes. Wine, beer, soft drinks and snacks are available for purchase before curtain time and during intermission.
Is parking available?
We do not have a dedicated private parking lot, but there are three free public parking lots all within one block of the theatre and free weekend and evening on-street parking in the downtown area. Please be aware that downtown Winters is a popular destination for local entertainment and other events, and occasionally the street on the block where the theatre is located may be closed to automobile traffic for an event. On those occasions, theatre patrons may need to park a few blocks away.
